Head of Plant Production

Senior Plant Production Supervisor
Supervised the production of flocculants for water treatment (aluminum sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, ferric chloride) with a team of 40+ people, maintaining quality, safety and environmental standards.
Junior Plant Production Supervisor
Supervised a team of 3 people in solvent and hydrocarbon derivative blending processes: soda dilutions, solid mixtures, dispatch and invoicing, ensuring operational efficiency, industrial safety and personnel training.
Plant Process Trainee
24/7 operations supervision in a chlor-alkali plant, managing ammonia thermodynamics, electrolytic brine processing, HCl synthesis and gaseous chlorine liquefaction.
